    AI ESSENTIALS + Protein

    Essentials + Protein:

    BCAAs – 7 grams
    Creatine – 5 grams
    Beta Alanine – 4 grams
    Dgestive aids
Joint Support 2100 mg Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondrotin Sulfate
Flexability Support 2500 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) Bromelain, CetylMyristoleate (CMO 20%), Turmeric Extract (Curcumin) Turmeric Root P.E. 95% Hyaluronic Acid
    Naringin
    Bioperin
    Calories – 120
    Fat – 1 gram
    Carb – 3 grams
    Protein – 24 grams

Protein Blend (Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Whey Peptides.

Flavor: 9/10 – Really digging the orange surprise. I was not a big fan of the fruity flavored proteins (Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Cookies & Cream, etc) but this was definitely an ORANGE SURPRISE.

Mixability: 7/10 – Not sure what it was, but my shake was REALLY foamy after mixing. I had to let it sit for ~5 minutes before I was able to consume the beverage. There was little chunking left, but I assume that was the Essentials and not the Protein itself.

Packaging: 5/10 (Sample Package) – The bag style of packaging was not ‘flashy’ by any means, but accomplished the task of allowing me to get the contents into my shake.

Effectiveness: 7/10 – Hard to tell since it was only the one day sample. I would like to really evaluate the product for a 2 week period prior to giving an honest effectiveness grade. I did NOT notice the tingles (as bad) in my extremities that were noticed during the regular ESSENTIALS sample.

Although I only had a one shake sample of this product, I would def recommend it to everyone. The Protein serving was really good (macros: 24 g Protein, 120 Calories, and 3 g Carbs). And the ESSENTIALS were not as detectable as when taking by itself. Will buy (if / when) this product is released to the public.

Thanks for the review man! The foam is from the Whey Protein Isolate, most WPI's will foam up immediately after shaking. You could use a fork to mix or let it settle for 5 min. to get rid of the foam.
