    Nitrogen vs creatine

    From what i understand n02 and creatine do the same thing. But i hear nitrogen is better ? i have no idea anyone feel free to speak about it........... Right now im taking creatine but my doctor said that studies have reported it to be bad for you. So i was just wondering if i could take nitrogen, and what benefits it has over creatine or vice vrsa???

    its not nitrogen, it is nitric oxide. and creatine is better, and it is safe, your doctor is 100% uneducated when it comes to supplements. it is safe, you can bring him a tome of studies to prove.

    I take NO2 every morning before I workout. Love the pep it gives me. It does have creatine in it, it's just not primarily creatine. no xplode and super pump 250 are my favs. You can get great deals on these products at SB muscle. Yeah It's nitric oxide, not nitrogen.

    so superpump 250 and no xplode is nitric oxide and creatine together? So this would be great because, your getting energy and a pump right?
