    which fish oil?

didnt want to add this on to the current thread on fish oil, thought it would get missed!

my girlfriend takes cod liver oil and omega 3 fish oil tablets. are there any specific brands that are for those who want to gain muscle and/or lose weight, or are they all the same?

thanks guys, your advice is, as always, much appreciated
