    Protein w/out the energy?

Basic question if you dont want to read the explanation...

Are there any good bed time/casein proteins that do not have creatine/B12/energy nutrients?

I have a weird schedule, work 2pm-1am...so I eat a small meal at 9:30pm break, drink a meal replacement at 1am when I get home and head to the gym from 1:30-2:30.

Iv been drinking muscle milk after that workout because of the casein but I was just reading about it and it says how it helps your creatine production plus it has B12+B6 which from what I understand give you energy. This is probably messin up my sleep. (I know the fact that I go to the gym so late doesnt help either)
