    Lightbulb need help

    i need a
    per-workout supplement that will give me energy.
    a protein shake.
    and a recovery supplement like creatine.

    i use 100% whey gold standard, animal pump and purple wraath. any comments on this supplements.

    The ON 100% Whey and Purple Wraath will aid in recovery. The AP is plenty for your creatine needs, it's a great formula. I'd stick with what you have.

    Everyone reacts to different supplements because everyones body is different and unique. But this is what has worked for me. . .

    PREWORKOUT: really simple just 2 cups of coffee for a boost in energy, 1 scoop of optimum nutrition 100% whey, and 1 large apple

    PROTEIN SHAKE: optimum nutrition 100% whey

    POST WORKOUT: optimum nutrition pro complex gainer
