    Shrinking Multi-Vitamin Size

I don't know how it is with other multi-vitamins, but my newest bottle of Opti-Men multivitamins have shrunk drastically in size (and increasing in servings from two to three tablets), yet I'm still pissing fluroescent piss. It really makes you think how little these multivitamins are actually being absorbed. Thoughts?

spread the tablets throughout the day, thats what I do.

    2 with breakfast, 1 with pre-bed shake.

if I had a reliable way of doing it id take one with a midday meal too.

^Oh believe me, I do. I was merely pointing out that I am still pissing out what seems to be a good percentage of my multi.

I'm curious if I cut the current reduced size into half and take one of those, if I would still be pissing fluroscent piss.

well you're basically just pissing out the b-vitamins, and better to have an abundance of them than not.

I drink a lot of water, and tbh I only get really fluorescent piss first thing in the morning, the rest of the day its just colored, not really super dark.

As for the size, i think it may deal with mostly the splitting it into 3 tablets deal.

A lot of people were complaining about the size. Guess they took care of that.

    That's great!
I always have a hard time getting tablets down. No lie, I damn near choked on an Adam multi-vitamin. That was some scary shet! I'm getting tired of chewing them.
When will Essentials be for sale?

The thing is, if you are pissing out your vitamins then they were absorbed. If they weren't absorbed, they'd be coming out in your shit. Your bladder is not connected through your digestive system. Urine is the stuff your kidneys filtered out of your blood.

So for a while those vitamins circulated around in your bloodstream. They are antioxidants. They react with free radicals in your body and your body gets rid of them. Just because you piss it out, that doesn't mean they didn't do their job.
