Looking for first Creatine supplement, help!

Hey everyone I am looking to take my fist creatine supplement. I do take NO-Xplode which has some creatine in it but I am about to end my cycle with it and want to give creatine a try. I was looking around and see that there are quite a few different type (Creatine monohydrate, creatine w/ dextrose, ect...)
so any help in picking the right one would be great. I also would like to try and avoid bloating as much as possible. I know creatine will cause bloating but if there is a kind that has minimal bloating I would love to try that one out!

I buy mine from Ebay. Ultimate Nutrition "Creapure" micronized creatine is 19.95 plus 6.95 shipping. Works pretty well.

ok so I decided to get some ethyl ester creatine. I read that if you get powder it is usually better absorbed so i decided to go with this sutff:

    Bodybuilding.com - SciFit C E Ester 1000 - Creatine Ethyl Ester! On sale now!

It got here today and I have a few questions. It didn't come with a scoop and it say take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day (2.5grams). I have two problems though. First of all it has some large chunks in it and makes it hard to get the right amount in my drink, what should I do? Also it tasted like the absolute most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. It says mix with 8-12 oz of water. I put about 12 oz of water in and I almost threw up drinking it. Would there be anything wrong with maybe putting it in my Super Pump 250 drink before I work out so I dont want to vomit?

I've never taken Creatine just by itself, so I don't know what it tastes like. I take 5 gm twice a day with my pre & post workout protein shake. It should be alright to take it with SP 250. In any kitchenware supply store you will get measuring spoon sets, which come in all sizes. I happened to have a set laying around in the house which I use for measuring the Creatine. Hope that helps....

Yes CEE can taste like ass and it is ok to mix it with a pre workout drink or something. And most importantly always buy from this site Discount bodybuilding supplements from BSN and other leading brands on sbmuscle.com . Your muscles can tell where your supps come from and will deflate and turn to cellulite if you take anythng not purchased here!
