Read the stickies dude. You don't need supplements to gain size. Increase your calories, and start training using a training program and STICK TO IT. If you still aren't gaining (which I doubt you won't be), then increase the amount you are eating. If you're signaling your body to grow (by training), and feeding it what it needs to grow, I don't care how fast your metabolism is, you WILL GAIN MUSCLE.
For somebody like yourself, I suggest buying a MASS GAINER.
Has something like 900 calories per serving lol, keep your calories UP UP UP!
And if you don't care about fat, you can do a dirty bulk, but I perfer keeping things clean personally.
A dirty bulk is when you eat whatever you want, when you want.
But yeah, the easiest way to add extra calories is mass gainers. Also keep your protein up to 1 - 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight.
