Unhappy superdrol pack on weight for a small guy?

Hey guys I'm fairly new to bb, I've been workin out about 6 months, I'm 21, 5'6, 115pds, I'm a small guy, I eat right, take in 2700 calories a day, workout 5 days a week, take whey protein, and weight gainer. Still, in the last 6 months I've gained only 5 pds. my strength has greatly improved, 6 months ago my max bench was 95pds now its 140pds, which is probably strong for my size. I don't look that small I'm pretty ripped, but weigh nothing. I kno u don't like hearin "its my genes" but mine r way worse then ne 1 else. I have a metabolism like a train. Ne way my friend tried to hook me up with a 6 week cycle of test but I duno about that. I did a lot of research n I ordered superdrol. I'm not ignorant, I have plenty of support supps, are preloading them, and have tamoxifen for pct. I kno I'm gonna get flamed bcuz I'm a begginner but I don't care I'm sick of bein small, and I need the help of a ph lol thanks, I appreciate it

Supplements are NOT magic, all weight gain is based on diet...FOOD. You need to eat more, I will bet anything on it. You are going to be asked your numbers for your diet, how many grams protein/fat/carbs. When you think you have eaten a lot and enough, you havent. Superdrol is not wise for a choice for a first timer, and it wont put any weight on with your current diet, I will bet. These supps arent the weight gainer answer, they themselves do NOT put on the weight whatsoever. Ditch it, and do it right. Learn to EAT right.

I cant be convinced your doing everything right if you only gained 5lbs in 6 months. Do you do cardio work? Only lift heavy? Whats your split look like?

I eat at least 2700 cal a day cuz supposidly that's wut I need to gain. I get 170g of protein a day. As for g's of carbs n fat I honestly duno. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, steak,n pasta. I drink a lot of milk, n try to hit a gallon of water a day. I workout w low weight, big reps first, then heavy weight, low reps. I just started takin weight gainer about two weeks ago, I duno, I'm not sayin I do everything right, I just don't gain weight.

    Then you're not eating enough.

Test isn't magic either. You still need adequate nutrition or youre wasting your time.

And you need to track your carbs and fat. Protein is important but its not the end all and be all.

    how did you get 2700?

And actually I would think that most people would rather here you say "its my genes" then to talk about your bench! (See my signature)What about your squats? They will help you add muscle all over your body as well.

At 115 lbs and "metabolism like a train" as you quoted, then you should be eating whatever you lay your eyes on. What do you think steroids do. You think they are packed with calories?? You think test is a calorie abundant nutritional source that will just get into your body and feed your muscles. NO, steroids are substances that speed up protein synthesis, thus without enough food for the steroid to synthesize, no weight will be put on. WIth steroids, you need to learn to eat even better than you already are. At 115 and not gaining weight by eating, you wont get shit with steroids but some side effects. You simply cannot grow without food. If someone told you that you nedd 2700 cals, then you should eat 3200-3500 cals. Caloric surplus, it means more calories than your body means to maintain its current state, so if 2700 is what your body needs, then adding another 500-800 calories is more than your body NEEDS to maintain thus those calories being "stored" and converted into mass. Wake up.

your 21 and your friend suggested steroids...

idk but, i wouldnt value his friendship too closely...
he obviously isnt looking out for your health

if your dead set on the cycle of s-drol, people will likely help you for your own safety

but i think most people will suggest otherwise until we have exhausted the idea of NOT CYCLING the s-drol

and i think at your age
    creatine
    vitamin
and lots of HEAVY training, INCLUDING leg work

in addition to LOTS of food

    your numbers will explode

I would go to the diet and nutrition section to learn about diet management and what foods to eat.

Use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to log what you eat.

Then go to the training section and read about how to put together a good workout program. The fact you're working out 5 days a week also leads me to believe you arent getting enough rest, and are probably doing a body part split (not optimal).

Seriously, what these guys have said is spot on. Eat, train, rest, repeat.

You know what I am starting to love? Pretty much all of us that spend a decent amount of time on here post the exact same thing at least 3 times a week.

Typical Question: I want to get HYYUUUUUUUGGGEEEEE will "xxxxx" help make me huge?"

    Typical Answer: Fix your diet!

But people still come an ask... Someone should make t-shirts for us that say "Fix your diet first" and we can all walk around wearing them. I think that might help spread the good word =P

Don't get stuck on weight gainer, it's just calories in a powder form. You're making the right decision. You should be able to pack on pounds quick with little fat gain considering your low weight and relatively new to training.

    oh...

    it is true

    it is a steroid

but you need to have your diet, and training program in order
and have a very mature outlook on bodybuilding
    LONG before using these products

Some of these posts are misleading.

    He weighs 115lbs.

If you put him on a bulking diet for 6 weeks, and put a 200lb man with 5 years of training on a bulking diet for 6 weeks while using superdrol-I guarantee you this kid could gain more weight than the 200lb man in that time period without any assistance.
