Hello, I just recently started weight lifting again and now that creatine has been improved and stomach cramps are no longer an issue I have decided to give it a go.
Also I have decided to try Cell Mass as a post workout supplement, now I've read that Cell Mass contains creatine, and my bottle of creatine capsules says to take two before and two after a workout.
So does this mean I can skip the after workout creatine caps because the Cell Mass contains my dosage of creatine for that part of the cycle? or is it a different creatine and I should still take the caps?
cell mass is a creatine supplement and nothing about it makes it a post workout supplement. skip it, get on recover 2:1:1 instead and stick with normal creatine.
