    Supplements??

So I am some what new to the world of supplements and have been thinking about giving them a try. However I am not sure what exactly to look into, I do know that I want something aimed at bulking up. I am also looking for something that doesn't have to much caffeine because I cant usually start my work out till anywhere from 6-8 at night and I have heard that supplements with a lot of caffeine can effect sleeping when taken to late at night... so wanna try and stay away from those.

Save the money for now and spend it on good food. Youre gonna need a caloric surplus if youre wanting to gain. You can take all the supplements you want but it wont help you gain mass if youre not eating properly. Get a decent protein mix for starters. You will want to keep your protein intake elevated and protein shakes are the "whey" to go. You'll want to keep track of your protein, fats, and carbs and total calories...you can go to fitday.com This is what everyone will tell you to do first.

As we always say, you don't get big in the gym you get big at home.

    Eat
    Lift heavy
    eat
    rest
    eat
    eat somemore
    Ban 2 1/2 's !!!!!!

I would say eat indeed and look into good protein and creatine. My favorite protein is ON 100% Whey Gold Standard 5lb and a good creatine for you is Primaforce CEE Creatine Ethyl Ester Size: 250 g or if you prefer a monohydrate (try both to see what you like best) then EAS Phosphagen 500gram .That should get you well on your way and nothing to keep you awake at night.
