    lipo 6x.. questions

What are your thoughts on it!?

I just picked up my bottle today and I am hoping it was a smart buy... Right now I am going to take it with my multi's and my fish oils.

Would like to know if it is a solid product and if its a thermogenic.

Nothing is as thermo as running a caloric deficit. Otherwise unless you just like stimulants I would take it back if you haven't opened it! I take it you want to lose some fat? And say it does work, whats going to happen after you stop taking it? Are you suddenly gonna keep your diet in check then? Why not start now? Come to the forum first then go buy. lol. Everyone is always trying to sell you something! Most of these things "work" by giving you a little pump so you can kill yourself a little more doing cardio or working, which helps you create a little more deficit, that combined with some appetite suppression so you won't eat as much, thus creating a deficit, hopefully, meanwhile taxing your system as you don't eat enough to support that increased killing of yourself in the gym and at the track, etc.

i am very knowledgable on my diet, so that is in check (I love my diet its, KETO)

so there is no problem there, aswell as how to lose weight, ive lost 40 pounds in less than 3 months with my routines, my diet, and my supplements (i used to be a personal trainer)

was just merely asking about the product mate, but thank you for your input!

What's up NAVY, first off thanks for serving.

Some bodybuilders respect Lipo 6, but VPX Meltdown gets even more love (better at burning and focus/energy is cleaner I read). The only way to find out is to try for yourself (one at a time!).

Look at all the ingredients in each one and research each one. That can help guide your decision.

I tried it on a couple occasions and found I couldn't take it before evening workout because I wouldn't be able to sleep at night while taking it late. It also made me jittery (I hate that feeling).
