What is the best way to get out of this skinny looks?
Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results in my body physique. Does anyone know, what is the best way to get out of this skinny looks?

Gain weight. In order to gain weight, eat more clean calories than you expend, day in and day out.
For protein component, take your lean body mass, in pounds, and multiply that by 1.5. That's how many grams of protein you should be getting each day. For example, if you're 150lbs at 10% body fat, then you have 135lbs of lean body mass there. Multiply that by 1.5, and you should get 202.5g protein per day. Realistically, anything from 150 to 200 will be ideal, but studies show that 1.5x is even better. |

If your just skinny and feel weak eat alot. You may not even care about how 'clean' you eat until you gain some weight. It will consist of some fat but lift hard and 'heavy for you' and at least you will see some results and have a little inspiration.

ive been lifting for years and i still feel skinny...
as you lift and meet friends in the gym/nutrition shop/track/etc... who have been lifting/training longer than you your inferiority will snowball... then one day, you will realize people are coming to you for advice i honestly felt absolutely outgunned until lately... a personal trainer (who i train with **not my trainer**, but a training partner) at my gym asked me to help him train a group of people said he needed at least one other person who is "built" to supervise, and help add direction to a session... not that being "built" means you know anything... but nobody would listen to someone who is skinny and flabby, maybe even smelly, missing teeth etc. about health and fitness i was honored... and it suddenly dawned on me the past 3 years of studying, learning, and training like a serious and dedicated athlete is paying off

Buy zma from ebay, one brand is buy 2 get one free, including postage is £18 Buy whey protein shake, cheap brand is just as good as any, £15 for 908g 10 reps each night of the dumbels per arm while taking the supliments correctly After 3 weeks put the heavier parts of each dumbell onto one bar making it 10kg 10 reps per arm per night for a week Then 10 reps, rest 10mins, 5 reps half way up (from leg till arm is straight infront, inline with belly button) 5 mins rest, water 5 reps starting from top(shoulder) halfway down, so arm is straight, and back up 10 mins rest, water (probably need a piss) Then ten full reps or as many as you can manage Continue that for another 3 weeks Have two nights seperate in the week that you dont do weights (although if you want to go to gym and NOT do bicep exercise on the off days, thatd do you good) At the end of that time period, your arms and chest will be noticably bigger and stronger, after such a short period. That worked for me exept i had creatine instead of zma, but i dont recomend creatine. I was skinny and weak before that ruitine. Now lifting 20kg is nothing for me, and i progressed to a 'propper' rutine that i wouldnt have felt comfortable doing when i was skinny
