    Lean Fuel Extreme

I was reading about LEAN FUEL EXTREME on IronMagLabs, and it looked like a pretty good supp, and was thinking of buying it for my Sister who's always been a little 'bigger'. She's been on her diet recently, and she's been running something like 2 miles per day, and i've been encouraging her to use my DBs.

She's just an average 20 year old girl. Would it be OK for me to buy her this product to help her along on her way to becoming more fit?

    Thanks in advance.

Edit: whoops, i'm stupid..maybe this should've been posted in the Supp section -.-

Before you start buying her supplements we should m ake sure her diet and exercise regiment is up to par. When trying to lose weight diet is the most important thing, then exercise. Supplementation can come eventually but it is really important to make sure the other things are in place first.

Can you tell us more about the diet she is on? Maybe about how many calories she is eating per day? Total fat, carbs, and protein
