    Fat burning sups

I have been working out with nothing for awhile and I need alittle boost. Right know I weigh 169-170 and I am consuming between 200 and 250 grams of protein a day. What else should I take. I want to get bigger not gain alot more weight just lean out abit more. What would be some options creatine, nitric oxide, fat burner etc what do you guys suggest. I want a good fat burner to get my body fat % down. I know alot of them make you not want to eat but I am slaming in the protein now. What do you guys suggest for all the above . Thanks a bunch Bob

This sentence says two different things.

To efficiently get bigger (gain muscle), you will gain weight. (fat and muscle)

If you want to lean out, you will not get bigger. You should read one of the million posts Built has made, or PM with her. To get leaner you need to get your diet in check

My advice would to become an 'Elite Member' here and go to the Elite Member threads, open up the e-books and read "Big Fat Lies - 12 biggest scams". Just food for thought! Good Luck!

Well I relize i was asking for two different things. My main ubjective is for muscle mass. I am slamming in the protein now just wondered what else I should use to help with the muscle gains. Creatine etc. The fat burning part of it can come after I reach a desired goal for size. There are just so many and they all say the are the number one fat burner but they all seem to be junk. I mean I am not fat by anymeans but and I don't want to lose much to any weight at all but something to help on the lowers abs just a bit. I have pretty good definition on my upper abs already but harder to hit the lower. Thanks again for all the input.

Fatburners can help but will do nothing if the diet is not in order.

Cardio 5 times a week is probably 95% (not an exageration) of the reason your body fat dropped.

If trying to gain muscle then don't concern yourself with all the fat burner hype you see in every magazine and all over tv. So much bs out there, eat, eat often and lift 4- 5 days a week. Do a split that allows you to attack as many muscle groups as possible completly fresh and don't worry about spending hours in the gym. Also focus on squatts , deadlifts , power cleans and bench presses . Also work other movements but make those your staples. Start with a good protein source that isn't stupidly expensive this would work CNP Professional USA 100% Whey 5lbs . And you may even include a creatine at some point if you feel necessary. Honestly focus on food intake and the basics in the gym. Too many people wanting something new to write about or some new article so they seem to often complicate things more than necessary.
