    good whey protein, good multi vitamin and a good creatine is a great place to start (of course along with a good diet)

    Im sorry, but without a goal in mind, all I can say is to eat right...all supplements are created to do something, you have to know what you want in order to choose.

    No reason to take more than a multi if you haven't tried tracking calories, a proper workout, and a proper diet.

    Yeah I agree.

    The only thing I take is a Multi EFA's and ZMA. Pretty simple don't over complicate the Supps.

    Agreed. Essentials is something you can look into should be carried on Discount bodybuilding supplements from BSN and other leading brands on sbmuscle.com soon.
