I started a cycle with M 1-D and Formadrol XT for
Anti-Estrogen.
I've taken M 1-D by itself along with F XT
and had no side effects.
I've recently gone through a body transformation
over the past 8 months.
5'10"
May 2008; was 235 with a 41" waist
lot's of muscle, but a lot of fat and water.
Please keep in mind that after losing around 50lbs
in 8 months, I did lose a lot of power and could not
lift the weights below.
I was on a 2 month 3x week full body 5 circuit
strength program and now back to a regular
lifting routine. My power has started to come
back, but I do not gain fat (only lose it) as I
keep a solid diet, do lot's of intervals and also
train in MMA and boxing.
January 2009;
5'10"
32.5" waist
185lbs
Bench 230lbs 5 reps
Incline Bench 225lbs 3 reps
Squat 230lbs 5 reps legs below parallel, butt way out
so knees stay behind the toes
Dead lifts 275lbs (same form as squats)
SLDL 245lbs full stretch and contract just above the knee 5 reps
Reverse close grip (tri's) 225lbs 5 reps
standing military press (all the way to the collar bone) 185lbs max out
I also take a liver fix by Myogenix along with Saw Palmetto,
L-Glutamine, AKG2, Gingko Biloba, Calcium-Vit D, Vitamin C and
Casein Protein.
I have just started the VPX Syngex II/M 1-D/Formadrol XT stack.
So far, in almost a week, my lifts have gone up almost 10lbs, I feel
much harder and have lost more water weight.
If anyone would like to share their experiences, that would be
greatly appreciated.
I only paid $60 for 2 bottles of Syngex 2 from my local shop
as they were kept in proper condition.
