Need help deciding.....
I am presently using ON's Pro Complex APS, i am considering shifting to SAN products...
Below is my choice of products....i have selected these after reading reviews. But still want to know opinion of forum members.... Now i know that some of the products contain creatine, i already have a thread running related to my issue of HI BP & creatine....but i would like to have the opinions. 1. SAN Fierce (Content's Listed) Cell Hydration Matrix 4g Dicreatine-Malate, Creatine-Malate, Creatine-Ethyl-Ester HCl Neuro-Coognitizing Substrates 3.8g L-Taurine, N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine, L-Tyrosine & Caffeine Anhydros Creatine Assimilator 2.5g Betaine Anhydrous & Glycocyamine, Guanidinopropionic Acid (3-GPA) Duralast Matrix Glucroronolactone & L-Aspartic Acid, b-Alanine Nitro NO L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketogluarate & L-Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate 2. SAN Infusion (Anabolic Protein Matrix!) Micellar Casein, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Cocoa (Processed With Alkali), Sunflower Creamer (High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate, Mono And Di-Glycerides, Dipotassium Phosphate, Soy Lecithin), Flaxseed (Linum Usitatissimum), Oat Fiber (Avena Sativa) (Seed), Sunflower Oil (Helianthus Annuus) (Seed), Conjugated Linoleic Acid Calcium Salt, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Modified Food Starch, Stabilized Rice Bran (Oryza Sativa) (Seed), Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten- Glutamine Peptide(Triticum Aestivum) (Seed), Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Xanthan Gum, Colostrum Powder, Acesulfame Potassium, Lactalbumin, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Sucralose. Contains Milk, Soy, Wheat And Peanut Ingredients All i am worried about is steroids / Hormones & any other content with serious side effects..... Any Help is appreciated.... I like combination of micellar casein and whey isolate, but don't like these two crap proteins(whey concentrate and calcium caseinate).
Processed with Alkali? What is this? Is this supposed to be something special? ![]() |

san infusion is one of the highest end protein blends. if you like the taste, it is an excellent product.
san fierce, i dont support the use of glycocyamine in supplements. |

What are the issues with glycocyamine?

I was one of the testers of the swole v2 when it came out. It worked good for me and I never had any problems.
