It'l bloat you and make your muscles fill with water making them appear larger, and your shape will return to normal after a day or two of not using, in my experience

Some people hold water from creatine, some don't. Give it a try and see how it works for you.

Ditto.. Some people respond great.. Unfortunately I am not one of those people.

Give a good monohydrate a try first. It's the cheapest, and most tested creatine. ON has good quality Creapure mono.

I experience just the opposite. It dehydrates me. I have only good things to say when it comes to creatine. Bottom line....It works.

i have never had the bloating other people have, i drink a quite a bit of water a day

someone once told me if you are holding water under your skin ( not muscular water retention) that it is because your body notices your water intake and sees that it needs to store some so it doesn't get to dehydrated, so if you drink more water then it will not hold as much now i have no idea if this is true and would like to hear others opinions on this or if any one knows for a fact that it is a myth
