    yea, its instantized, and mixes well.. but i do use a blender ball shaker.

    the taste is decent.. it tastes like 28$ protein though. i like cnp's products, and thats what this thread and their website says about this protein, but i dont see anything on the jug suggesting its made by cnp..

    unless i missed it, i think this protein is manufactured by a different company.
