the protein lasted me about 77 dayz.

i payed $310 Australian for all of this.
i just want to know is there a better stake that i can get for the same money or less that will last me over a month and work. or should i stay with these products.i want a bang for buck stack.![]()

the stack that i am on now its OK but it cost a bit. when i said "can someone give me a good stack which will work" i don't want a stack like BSN MASS STACK which i payed $300 AUS and it work like for the first 2 weeks and that's it.
i want to lose 10kg of body fat and put a bit more size. i go gym 5 times a week and do cardio 3-4 times a week. i know that i cant get a body like John Cena from RAW but that's what i am going for.


You want to lose weight but put on size? Sorry hon, but you're going to have to pick which one you want first.
You also need to consume more fat.
