    Since they make vitamins...

Since it is possible to make vitamins with over 100% of most of out nutrients. Wouldn't it be possible to make a pill full of calories for people that are bulking?

I was just wondering because for some people its hard to bulk. They have been skinny their whole life and when they start bulking they feel so full from the food all the time that they feel sick all day. (Personal experience)

    1) Go to a restaurant and ask for there used deep fryer oil

    2) With a syringe drain the fish oil out of your capsules

    3) With another syringe inject the fryer oil into the fish capsules

I would take about 20 of those and you should be good

Take an Herbal Appetite Booster(aka collie bud), cook up a batch of butter and mix the stuff into it everything you know how to cook my favorite is bow-tie pasta with balsamic vinaigrette, the herb butter and parmesan/romano cheese. Eat a few bites and wait about 20 minutes and boom you'll wanna eat the whole pot of pasta.....loaded with calories and still hungry...

make your own man, its hella easy.

first: eat a quarter cup of walnuts,

then grind a cup and a half of oats up in a coffee grinder, mix it with a scoop of casein protein and a scoop of whey, blend it with milk if you want and youre good.

or add some natty PB and toss in a cup of frozen wild blueberries and add in some fiber and enjoy your delicious anabolic prebed shake.

I just don't think anything could condense enough calories into a tiny pill, maybe toss a triple bacon cheeseburger into one of those machines that make diamonds, extreme pressure squeezing it into a tight little ball, I 'don't know if your body could break that down or if most of it would pass through like a rock you know what I mean. In fact I have a hard time believing those multi's have all they claim in them cause my 100% RDV Vitamin C caps look like horse pills yet my Multi has 33% of C and then they have to cram 14 other things in there and the pill is smaller....huh?

That's what I do one day a week. Today though, I'm going to the movies with a friend. He and I are going to basically eat everyone....er...thing not nailed down, then we go to dinner, then to see the UFC fight (probably at a winghouse or something). His girlfriend might be there, but she's a Vegan so she'll probably starve .

Vitamins and minerals are trace elements. Look at various foods that are very lean, other than water something like a chicken breast offers not a lot of calories but is nearly all protein.

Think of raw table sugar, pretty much nothing but carb based calories and NOTHING else. Its still not that calorically dense when you are in theory trying to compress something into a tiny pill.

It can't be done. Moreover you should never be bulking 500-1000 calories over your maintenance anyway, it isn't a free for all eating contest.

Just up your solid protein intake...

How much are you taking in??

If you are truly counting protein grams per day,
I'll bet you are way below where you should be
    to hard gain.

And, when you do start to add sustained muscle gains
don't count on being super lean.

I always had to get a little chubby, and sluggish to gain.

    I am a severe hard-gainer...

To get any real bulk, I always had to "exceed" 2grams
of mostly solid whole food protein per pound of "Bodyweight" per day.

Aint as easy or cheap as it sounds...
    EX:

    210Lbs x 1g of protein x 2 = 420g of protein!! -
And I always made sure no more than 120g of that was protein powder. (2 shakes per day MAX)

So that about 310-320g of solid food, every- single- day.
You basically eat at every free moment you have during the day.

Thankfully I had an office job, where nobody cared if I sat and ate egg whites,
or packs of tuna, at my desk while I worked.

well think of it logically, there are 4 calories in one gram of protein and 4 in one gram of carbs. there are 9 calories in a gram of fat. now look at the amount of mg's in a pill, and do the math. i believe the largest pill is about 2 grams (could be wrong). that would be 18 calories max. if you want a 400 gram pill it would literally be the size of a snickers bar (as mentioned earlier). basically until shrink ray technology comes out, it aint gonna happen.

Calorie pills wouldn't be very practical. Caloric sources don't get dense enough that it would make sense to put them in pill form. Keep in mind that primarily-fat containing food sources will have the most calories. Fat contains 9 cals a gram and protein/carb contain 4 each (cal/gram). Gotta get creative to put the weight on! Think of food combinations that you can throw together that are easily portable.

EDIT: looks like nni got there before I did.

If you are looking for high calorie diet without having to eat a lot, then what you guys think about sun flower seeds? One cup of sun flower seeds has following:
800 calorie, 20 gms of carb. 76 gm of healthy fat.

Get your doctor to write them a note saying you feel queezy when you get hungry...this way you can get in some extra high calorie food. Its been done before for diabetics. We had a girl that had to go out and eat some peanut butter crackers or something...it was a long time ago but I bet it still works.

Bad excuse, get a super insulated thermos make a double dose of Protein Shake full of high carb stuff, semi-freeze it and either carry it with you and sip from it or keep it in your locker and take swigs from it between classes. In high school our football coach let our teachers know that we would be bringing gallon jugs of water with us to class each day to stay hydrated we also had a few granola bars as long as it didn't cause a distraction we all went to practice or showed up at the games properly hydrated and with energy to last the whole game offense and defense as there were only 14 of us for the whole game....

It wouldn't hurt to ask each teacher just describe your goals and tell them a benefit of proper calorie intake is enough energy to run your brain and thus get more out of your education...

i dont see whats wrong with

    eat at 6
    eat at noon
    eat at 3
    pre and post workout nutrition
    eat at 7
    eat at 10

5 solid meals a day is not a problem
4 hours without eating should be a problem

at bootcamp i got 2 meals a day most days
i got 10 minutes to eat them
    and they were HOURS apart

i managed to gain more than 10 lbs in 13 weeks
