    taking Hydroxycut

im aware of taking Hydroxycut for 12 weeks ( 3 months) but after the 12 weeks is up the directions doesnt say how long to take a break from it before starting on it again. does anyone know how long to take a break? i was thinking a week maybe 2 but not exactly sure.

in general, I would take one to two weeks off with any supplement like that. This gives your body a break, and makes it just as affective when starting back on it. Since your taking hydroxy, your heart rate is typically higher than normal, you want to get your body away from that for a couple of weeks so that it doesnt stay used the to the increased heart rate.

Its never a bad idea to take off as long as you have been on something. I would take atleast 6-8 weeks off since its a strong stim.
