    Protein/Multi?

    Hi everyone,

I'm a 19 year old male 195 pounds and 5'10. I just started working out consistently and want to add some supplements. My goals are to lose weight since I have a very high body fat percentage.

As for a protein, I picked up a small case of ON Pro Complex. My doctor said there was too much sodium in it, but what do you guys recommend? Is this okay or should I try something different?

For a multi, I was going to pick up Opti men but instead went for solgar formula vm-75. What does everyone think about that?

I also want to add in fish oil, any generic brand.

Does this sound good? I appreciate your help!

Were certainly not aware of your medical conditions but if you do have one then it may be beneficial to listen to your doc. In general I don't see it being a bad protein for bodybuuilding though at over 4lbs you only get 28 servings so it's alot like taking 2 or 3 servings of your usual protein.
