    Wink HMB Does it work?

    I have just been advised of the benefits of using HMB as a supplement to boost muscle growth and aid in the reduction of body fat.Two questions,does it work and how does it work?

    It has been a very contraversial supplement that I have tried and never really notice any effects from myself. My personal experience with it.

    for the price, no. even at a high dose, maybe, but it isnt cost effective. you are better off with free form aminos or leucine.
