    Everyday Vitamins

Hi, I'm a 21 year old guy and I'm looking for a basic vitamin just to make me healthier and have a little more energy and also keep me from getting sick as much.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thank You

A nice basic vitamin would be NOW ADAM or NOW EcoGreen. If you want something a bit more than basic check out Essentials.

I get a gel cap from Walmart. I like the idea of gel caps rather than the hard pills that multivitamins usually are. Im not sure if there is any research backing efficacy, but I feel like it works better.

What's so bad about tablets? I just started taking
ADAM men's multi's by now foods, and I can actually tell a huge difference between that and the crappy walmart brand vitamins.

I never thought I would notice the difference, but man, it gives me noticeable energy and I think it's helping a lot just from the last 3 weeks of use.

most of the tablets out there dont digest well. so you arent getting the full benefit.
