You simply have to eat more food than you are eating now. There is no supplement that will magically make you bigger - that part's food.
We're not being mean here or holding back. It's just the way it is.

hi the supplement wont work uless you have a good diet and consitently eat it every day as a bodybuilder the taste of food is least important
for a weight gainer the only one that i recomend is pro labs n large 2 it accually works i went through loads with higher caleries but none worked
also pro labs creatine monohydrate only if you are lifting weights regulary
foods for muscle and bulk
breakfast 8 egg whites 1 bowl oats
lunch chicken or tuna, salmon and salad or veg
dinner red meat chicken or fish vith veg you need the veg ,potatoes
you must have anothe 3 meals inbetween these pasta,brown rice,fish,wholewheat bread,potatoes etc take your shakes with these inbetween meals and one when you wake if you can
ie get up a 7 have a shake at 8 eat breakfast also try and have oats before bed you need slow relesing complex corbs for when you sleep
dont gorge yourself 6 smaller meals within reson is better than 3 large
try and get hugo riveras books hese a god to natural bodybuilding in my personal opinion good luck stick at it it wont hapen overnight this i know 1-2 pounds a week is what to expect dont give up and you will see and feel the results![]()
You literally have to force feed yourself sometimes if you want to grow. I had to and it worked.

focus on training and eating, no supplement is worth putting that much faith in unless your taking illegal steroids. most of your muscle will come from hard, dedicated training.
