    BSN Products

My son is 18 and just joined a gym. He weighs only 155lbs and is 5' 9'' The gym has been giving out free sample of True-Mass, N.O.-XPLODE and CELLMASS. Has anyone heard of these or used them? They are all from BSN. We are not sure which to buy, if any. Thanks everyone !!!!

He doesn't need any of them.
Tracking his diet making sure he is eating enough of the right stuff would do much better than any supplement can do.

Real food; meats and veggies - no supplement is better than that!

a cheap protein powder, and creatine mono would be the only products i would recommend to a beginner.

    food is most important though.

I also would suggest a protein that is inexpensive and then let him try a cheap creatine later. This was my first creatine and though mono I still like it EAS Phosphagen 500gram when mixed with juice. Or get some phosphagen hp whick already has the carbs. Bsn makes ok supps but they are way overpriced and hyped and thats why they are being pushed on your son.
