New Test Completed on Cryotest

SupplementTests dot com has completed an independent, controlled test on Cryotest by MuscleTech. This product is promoted as a strength and muscle builder. Here's what the test revealed:

Change in body weight: -2 lbs
Change in bicep: 0 in.
Change in body fat: -.8%
Change in lean body mass: -.6 lbs
Change in # of reps on bench: 0 change (10 reps pre-cycle, 10 reps post-cycle)
Side effects noted: none

Test subject used no other supplements, continued with normal workout routines and diet, had no weight or strength changes prior to the test, and has worked out on a regular basis for over 10 years.

Is this a worthwhile supplement? You decide.

I really don't know why the test has trown this results. I've been taking the cryotest for 3 weeks now and it's working damn good on me. I have gained at least 5 kg in these 3 weeks and I have also increase my muscular mass right in the chest, my bicep, my shoulder and shoulder. really! and I am not even taking the 4 serving pills. I am taking just 2 at morning and 3 before training and right when I take the second shot I feel all the strenght in my body, it feels like shaking, pretty warm and I feel too ready to start working out. of course I am mixing it up with a really good mass-gainer, it would be a bit silly to pump up your muscle-cells and right when you are making them bigger-buffer. there's nothing inside of it, it's like a ballon, so that's the reason I am taking the mass-gainer, to fill up this hole in the muscle cell and to make the gain permanent. but I do feel too good with this supplement, probably it works differently in every person.

I have not tried it but if your getting it I would get it here you will save money.

I'd rather take Glyobol or Anabolic Matrix RX a lil cheaper and more bang for your buck. The only thing I take from MT is their Cell-Tech when I want to gain water weight to look a lil bigger for whatever reason.
