    Diet soda

    i drink alot of this crap,,, like 4 a day.. is it real bad for me if im trying to gain size? i eat like crap now anyway trying to put on weight

    I used to drink allot of diet soda. No calories and it contains artificial sweeteners and other chemicals that may not be bad for you if taken in moderation. It's certainly not a "health drink" or plain ole water but there are allot of other things that you can drink that are much worse such as regular soda or alcoholic beverages IMO.

    I notice that allot too. Might be because with their weight issue they have diabetic problems...just a guess.

    I do know this; after I switched from reg soda to diet I've not had to have a tooth drilled in 10 years.
