    Stacking Fat Burners?

Hi there, after reading some opinions here on fat burners I decided to purchase some Meltown, Scorch and Lipo-6x.

Was wondering what the consensus is in regards to stacking these products or would it be best to cycle them individually?

And yes im aware these are not the answer to shedding huge amounts of body fat, im already reasonably lean just looking to drop a few % of bodyfat and increase engery levels whilst supress appetite a little.

    Opinions would be appreciated.

i would not stack them , they increase energy levels as it is or rather borrows it so stacking them will have greater negative effects later on in the day plus the energy will be through the roof , i would cycle them maybe if u want to increase dosage very slightly

well you just wasted a shit load of money man sorry. Did you think if you just add them on top of each other they are gonna have you burning tons of fat all day? If it was that easy the labs would've done it already and have that many more people sending in that money. The effects of this shit is nominal. I mean if anything it will stunt your appetite abit and lead to you eating less. Its nothing but various nicknames for caffeine for the most part. Technically some of these types of products will put you in a better position to mobilize fat, but you lose fat by creating a caloric deficit and eating lots of good foods. You know, generally the opposite of how you gain fat. And yes, all youre doing is tricking your body to secrete more adrenaline, for no reason. I like caffeine but don't over do it. No way would I stack lipo 6 with meltdown!

Agreed. All stacking them will do is make you feel horrible. I have tried so many of these things in my life and have found it is mostly just a placebo effect I get from them.

    thanks for the opinion.

I don't think a couple of hundred dollars is really that much money and I never expected these things to be the answer to losing massive loads of body fat. Based on your opinion I think Ill just cycle them individually - its only about 2-3 months supply so Ill just do one month on and have one month off etc.

I think its money spent if I can lose about 2kg bodyfat - im currently 150lb with approx 10-15% bodyfat. Even if it is placebo, im no phased as it gives me some additional motivation. Diet is already in check, ive lost over 30 pounds in the past 6 months with minimal loss of muscle mass.
