    Hdrol???

Hey folks, 37yo male, (5'9"-185lbs) here looking to get back into the world of lifting and staying in shape. I started lifting when I was 13 to get bigger and ate like a pig and had zero results other than being cut, extremely cut. I kept lifting and eventually tapered off in the high school years, playing basketball to stay in shape. Fast forward to today, work, 3 kids, the usual. I want to keep my weight at or around where it currently is. I'm not looking to cut but would rather add mass. I was thinking about taking hdrol after reading up on it and was looking for opinions, suggestions, etc. Thanks!

I would suggest lifting and refamiliarizing your body with it first, but then I don't see any reason you shouldn't consider Hdrol. You may want to put some time into researching pct if you havn't already and you will probably be happy with it. But still I would lift awhile first so you get all the natural gains you can first and then you'll know how much the hdrol actually helped.

How about maintenance plus 25% instead of a desire for instant or semi-instant gratification. You want to max out your natural gains first.

Guess I should have stated that I plan on getting back into things fully before trying hdrol so I can realize the changes it may or may not make. I'm not looking for any kind of gratification because I plan on doing the hard work first which would be documenting my natural gains over a period of time. I'm not looking for anything overnight because it doesn't exist. Your opinions are appreciated.
