"Swole is a revolutionary high octane, muscle volumizing system. Designed to dramatically increase strength, endurance, muscle mass and provide mind-blowing pumps, Swole's concentrated matrix is guaranteed for results. Tired of creatine? Swole is better than creatine...it's beyond creatine! Not only does it produce rapid body transforming effects but it is available in two delicious and invigorating sugar-free flavors. "

Anything that says "rapid body transforming effects" is suspect to me

Also, I love the term "concentrated matrix"

Wasn't GP but he commented on the thread. Try a search DJD, thread was "Swole by Syntrax" or however you spell the company.

Actually....it was an older thread I was talking about....here is his quote.........

The first time I tried it, within 30 minutes I was nauseus, light headed, lost my appetite, and was sweating like I had a fever!

If you use this product you must eat within 10-15 minutes of taking it...carbs and protein. Definately don't take a dose before your workout if on an empty stomach.

This is one intense product! Maybe too intense.

Swole is not garbage. It is the first of a new revolution of creatine products. Soon you will be hearing about V-12 from SAN and Plasma Expander from VPX. They all contain ingredients meant to cause a huge insulin spike without sugar. These ingredients will help push creatine into the cells.

The problem with Swole is that I found it to be too powerful. The insulin spike was too intense and made me sick. I normally like to take my creatine when I finish at the gym, than shower, and then eat (or drink) my post workout meal. This is usually 30 minutes later. This is too long to wait. You almost need to eat immediately after taking it, and even then you may not feel well.

If you are able to take it without getting sick than it will be a great product. My system simply could not handle it...and I know many others that feel the same.

I heard that a bunch of guys from Syntrax had left around the time of the arnold classic to join the new company SAN. He also said that SAN was getting ready to come out with some really great stuff and that Syntrax was struggling to stay afloat and that the only 'franchise' product they have left is Swole.

Actually, it's a nutrition store that carries mainly VPX and no one really buys the other stuff unless it's protein shakes, candy bars. The swole just doesn't move so when the Plasma Expander comes in, that will be dedicated space where the swole was!

even if it didnt move the mark down would be that much. i dont know why people dont realize that most supplement that are sold dirt cheap are about to hit there expiration date. and Swole is definently not crap. i worked for a nutrition web-site for a while and the stuff sells like its going out of style. especially "jungle juice" flavor. syntrax makes a good product. i still have a little hoard of Adipo Kinetix. everyone is dying to get there hands on it but im holding out for highest bidder. hehehhe im so evil.

gopro...if SWOLE causes insulin to spike w/o high GI sugars do you think it would be ok to consume a protein carb drink after taking it with like 40 grams of hydrolzed whey and 40 grams of dextrose ?

I think that if you took the Swole and then the protein/carb drink within 15 minutes you might be ok. That is what you really SHOULD do in fact, with this stuff.

I am not sure why, but Swole just REALLY disagreed with me. I felt just like some guys do after injecting too much insulin.

I did find out though that when Swole first came out, there were many similar complaints to mine. I heard a rumor that the formula may have been "toned down" a bit since then.

I am not making fun of you but I just find it funny that people go out and buy these products THEN they ask how they are. I personally would be curious how it goes. So please keep us posted.

Don't get me wrong....I know what it is and how it supposed to work. Its a little different than swole. I not one of the uneducated retards that buy it because of what the ad says without researching the ingredients. I was going to try it anyway and was just curious. Another thing...it JUST came out and I figured no one here had tried it so I thought i'd be the guinea pig.

oh and by the way...I did a search on several different boards and no one has mentioned it yet...other than GoPro

Like I said...the new revolution of creatine products will be containing newly discovered ingredients that will cause a large insulin spike without added sugar. Plus these new formulas will be very "cell volumizing." First was Swole, than V-12, and soon Plasma Expander (I have heard real good things about PE).

Oh, and you can bet on it that Muscle Tech will begin badmouthing these new creatines real soon!
