    Should I mix?

Well I still have not cleared up my mind. I am ordering Universal Storm and I want to know how do I take it? I am planning to get 5g a day but I read that some people take it with gatorade because of the carbs. I have asked my bro and he said thats only done with mono creatine. He says I can drink Universal Storm just like that with water since it already has all the stuff in it. So is he right?

Another thing is that I am planning to drink it before working out....about how long before I workout do I take it. Or do I take it and workout right away. and also do I have to have food with it?

I guess you could just utilize the suggested use on their product:

Directions: Use as volumizing supplement to achieve desired cell volumizing effects. Mix 10 oz of cold water with 1 scoop. For best results, take one serving 30 minutes before you workout and one serving within 30 minutes after your workout.
