    NOxplode

Hey guys, im 15 years old and almost 16, i was wondering is noxplode a right product for me. I want somthing that will give me muscle and make me big. I already bought it from Natually Fit and bc the gnc price was more(even with the gold card). I got the idea from a couple of friends that i go to the gym with and one of them took and and now hes huge. Is it worth it, or did i just shit out 76 bucks from my wallet..

It is a good product, but it is only as good as your workout/diet. I have used NoXplode on and off for about 3 years and have but on some pretty lean muscle, there seems to be alot of sugar in the product though.
    I like squats....

alright, and i already used it once and it kinda seemed like it helped me bench a rep or 2 more. Does it pop your veins out when your not working out, like say when i go to school will my vains be noticable to somone 5 feet away?? And when you say diet, does it mean like barly eat, only breakfast lunch supper and a snack? It doesnt matter what i eat i dont gain wieght soo..

Mostly what im looking for is ALL THE INFORMATION good and bad about it, and all the sites i looked at tell me the same thing

then thats probably all there is to say about it. But dont waste your money. 76 dollars is way too expensive for that. You can get the same stuff much cheaper if you have a nonchain, or different chain supp company in your area, or buy online.

Diet does not mean to barely eat. It means to choose healthily and thoughtfully what you are putting into your body. There are many ways to "diet" but I suggest at you age to just eat whatever you can to grow, just as long as its not a bunch of big macs all day

yea you just shit out 76 bucks....Don't feel too bad, its called good marketing and sales puffing. Haha..."will my veins stick out more for the folks at school" lol...yea man...yea! This is too good man sorry. Hey youre 16 youre a walking testosterone kit...or should be.

If you want to get big you work heavy and eat and rest. Its just as much what you eat as how much you eat. I wouldnt be surpised if you needed 4000 or more calories a day being a 16 year old if youre active and have a high metabolism. how many do you get a day on average? I know, you don't know. So now you know that you need to know! FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal is where you should end up...there or a piece of paper and a pen. Track your intake and weight. 76 bucks would've bought you alot of chicken rice and veggies.

it helped you rep more because it borrows energy, meaning during your workout you will have a greater amount to use, but u will crash hopefully right around bed time. any NO product to me is a over hyped caffeine,

it will widen your vains slightly but not to the point u are describing it

"diets" as what the weight loss industry defines it is not how it is defined here, a diet is what you eat. period. you can have a bad diet or a good diet but you need to change it depending on what you plan on doing (cutting, bulking)

and to the not gaining weight part.......your not eating enough

then you completely misunderstand NO products. not all NO products are loaded with caffeine. i do agree that no-xplode is an example of what is misleading about this industry.

Forget the expensive supplements. At your age you need to simply train hard and eat more. I wish all the information out there about diet (eating the right foods for your goals) was available when I was your age.

Something is not right when a 16 year old thinks he needs to use NoXplode to get bigger. Like others have already said, get a better diet and train harder.

There is no supplement out there that is better than hard work and a proper diet.

Like others have said, $76 bucks could buy you a bunch of protein packed foods, that would have helped you grow GUARANTEED.

NO-Xplode is a solid product, it's just overpriced.

Also, your body gets used to it faster than any other pre-workout supplement I've ever used. A bottle might do wonders but buy another and you'll need to take twice the amount you took from the first bottle.

In that sense, it's kind of like cocaine.
