    Pre-workout shake timing with CEE

I was just wondering if there is any issue with mixing my whey shake and CEE (yes I use CEE powder, but I add cinnamon to the shake and it partially disguises the disgusting taste) about 1.5 hours before I actually drink will I still get all of the benefits? typically I have class at 3:00-5:15. I mix my shake before class and drink it at about 4:30 in the middle of class because I am in the gym by 5:15 ready to work. Is there any info that suggests mixing the shake and creatine together and then actually drinking it an hour later reduces the effects?

timing isnt all that important. i like pre workout, but as long as you are getting saturated, then it doesnt matter.

from what i understand what your asking is if it is ok to let the shake sit for a certain amount of time after making it before consuming it?

in that case i would say no it doesnt not matter
