Creatine

Does anybody know how long creatine lasts after the expiration date has expired? The bottle is already opened.

How old is it? If moisture got in it then it is bad. I would junk it. If not it may be ok depending on how old we are talking.

Dude, It's like $20 a bottle. If it's been expired for a year and open then just get new creatine so you can be sure.

back for the first time....
