    Does this product work?

Secretagogue Gold by MHP - Supplements101.com

Someone today at my gym was trying to entice me to buy this product. He has no bearing with the company, he just tells me that it helps a plethora of things associated to time in the gym such as recovery time, no more sleeplessness, etc.

He even claimed that it's like going to the local hormone doctor and being legally prescribed a minimal amount of growth hormone.

    So.. does this product work?

not like he claims. i would imagine that sleep would be better, and therefore recovery, but no otc hgh product will release gh to the levels needed to see actual effect.

personally, i have not tried it though.

Agreed, you'd be better off investing in some cheap forms of GABA.
