i recently bought a bottle of this, in argentina, and before i begin seriously taking it (ive taken a few but not the full daily dosages, just to try it out - man the pills are HUGE), i thought i should ask about the substance here, is it likely to do what it says it can, and can there be any side effects, for example, the side effects shown from steriods?

and i also perchased shark cartilagem supposedly good for circulation and joints while lifting, and again would like oppinions on this suppliment from people more informed than me.

    thanks

I highly doubt you will get any effects from that, don't buy it again.

i thought so, but in argentinian prices, 40pesos, thats £8gbpeach for these suppliments, it was worth the risk of buying them.

too bad the whey here isnt so cheap, but its not as steep s the uk

so none of that is likely to do anything you think?

You do know his main goal is to sell you the whole store right?

He's just trying to move inventory that's just collecting dust, stop being so naive.

In comparing your first post I take it you were sober, it seems like your now drunk.

Just because he looked to be fit it does not mean he isn't trying to get rid of old inventory, that is being gullible ..sorry.

does it offer any benefits at all, for health? or on the flip, do any harm?

what im asking is, is it worth taking at all or should i throw it out?

it was so cheap that i dont care either way.

if nothing else the milk thistle keeps a healthy liver right?

Since you already brought it try it out and post the results here, just let your next of kin know about your intentions just in case the worst happens.
