    Hgh?

Hey guys. It's been a few months since I posted, but I've been training regularly since then and making some decent gains (thanks to the preliminary advice that Built gave me)

I guess I've seen it in the news lately with the A. Rod thing and such, but I've heard a lot of hype about HGH's lately.

What are you opinions on HGH supps? Are they as "risky" as the juice?

I've tried to do some research online, but these days everyone is selling something and their product is the best and the safest.

    What do you think?

    Thank you for your thoughts.

    B

Questions to ask yourself. How long have you been training? How old are you? What are your goals? How dedicated are you to your workout and diet?

hgh supplements are crap, plain and simple. most are underdosed and based on nothing. the few that have a shot to actually increase hgh, will not do it to any level that will have an impact on size and strength.

HGH OTC supps are not worth the money. HGH injectibles are effective although extrememly expensive and only are worth it if you are stacking with an AAS or are a little older.
