    new to supplements

    Hi all

I am new to supplements and I hope to get some suggestion from experienced users.

    Age 23
    Weight 79 kg
    High 177 cm

Good body structure as i ve been doing djzu-do and gym for some time. I though I want a bit more muscle mass and a little bit more weight and strengh.

I ve read few sites and one of them suggested to get

90 X ZMA MASS MUSCLE BUILDING TESTOSTERONE TABLETS

    and

    1000MG CREATINE ANABOLIC PILLS TABLETS

I would like to find out several thing as I dont know anything about it :0

    1) I ve opened 1 capsule just to see what it taste like and it was kind of tasteless! is that right?

    2) With the right died how long will it take to see a little affect? such as muscle strengh, muscle mass and body weight?

    3) How will i know if i am buying right stuff? what shall i be looking for?

I will ve glad to see your suggestions!

    regards

    marat

I'd say all you need is a good protein supp, and some creatine at the most... as far as the testosterone pills, there is no need at your age,and could potentially have negative effects...plus most are garbage anyways... EAT TONS!!! and lift heavy and rest...thats all you need

the test pills are not for you yet, protein, creatine and diet will be all you need

to gain some mass you need to eat about 15-20 % over your maintenance calories or 500 calories over.

your training program will need to be set up good p-funk has some good blogs for programs and Built also has a few good training programs.

to see results it depends on your program and diet and whether or not your body is used to movements. Deadlifts, Squats, Bench, Military press will be your best friend if you are not used to these lifts go to youtube and watch videos on form start with light weights and perfect your form before lifting heavy. If it is your first time with these lifts the first month or so you will not see to extreme of gains as your body is getting used to the movements

Here's you a good protein CNP Professional USA 100% Whey 5lbs

    And a creatine 4Ever Fit Creatine 1000 g

I personally load on the creatine the first five days I take 20grams and then I stay at 5g a day and take it 4-6 weeks. Thats my preference of ways to run creatine but you'll find other opinions.

Can anyone please advise me what is the difference between legal anabolics and not? Which one gives better effect and is it worth it?
