    Post are supplements worth buying

i tried a lot of different of supplements .BSN, MUSCLE TECH, ANIMAL PACKS,MAX'S, BODYRIPPE, XPAND, 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition AND THE LIST KEEPS GOING. i am not saying that i tried every supplement ever made but i tried a lot. the best two where xpand and 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition. now i am off the supplements beside the protein and my strength is about the same. i am no pro body build or a nutrition freak. if i got a good diet do i still need supplements.

I guess it depends on a few variables.....
What your goals are, how many calories you take in
and how many you use during your workouts. If you are happy without taking any supplements why do you need to?

For me the only essential is glucosamine sulphate. My joints start to kill me if i lift heavy without supplementing with it.

Yes i think they are necessary, if you train really really hard, not playing, chilling at gym like i see many doing. then u will need supplements, because ur putting ur body in an unnatural state. Fact by training really really hard, your body wont process food as fast as it needs it, then supplements comes handy, straight in G.
