How should I take Creatine Mono on PSMF ?

    How should I take Creatine Mono on PSMF ?

    I got myself some creatine this mourning and Im wondering how I should take it.....I'm on Lyles PSMF diet and I use to take my creatine mono with grape juice


    but Im worried about the carbs in the grape juice is it ok to take it with water or anyone have any alternative??

    take 5g on a spoon put it in your mouth and chase it with water , wont taste anything

    yes, use CEE instead.

    Well I was just curious because I heard that in grape juice it "activates" the creatine.....lol but that could just be BS ..

    and little too late for me to get CEE until i run out or my next cycle
