    Best after workout drink

I'm trying to find out what the best after workout recoery solution is. I've been taking glutamine with my protein drink and my creatine within 5 minutes of finishing a workout. Are there products that will also enhance recovery. I've seen Recoverx, should something like that be added to my current mix, or replace it??

I think you're doing fine with a protein drink and glutamine.

Recover X is what I use. I simply add 5 grams creatine along with some ribose (it works for me!) and I'm good to go. This is a great product!

I've been mixing my own carbs/protein for the past 3 years and I'm tried of it ! I just switched to RecoverX and it makes life much easier...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Muscle Links Recover X...great for post workout...

    -hydrolyzed whey and whey concentrate
    -high glycemic carbs
    -10 g glut peptides
    -2 g arginine
-methoxyisoflavone(this one is a waste though...dose to small)

Add 5 grams of creatine and its a powerhouse drink!
