Not to be rude, but the fact you have to ask means you do not possess the knowledge to use them safely. Please dont.

True. It would be effective, but dangerous if not used properly. And to be honest, it would also be a waste if you have not tried other avenues like diet, cardio, OTC fat burners, etc. And even more realistically, it would be pointless unless you were cutting for a specific event.

I am not trying to bust your balls on this, but dont take an easy but expensive way out. If you arent truly living the lifestyle, whats the point?

    EC Stack

The EC stack is a good one for losing fat, but even it will not work without proper diet.

casali, how old are you? Using those at an early age can be detrimental to your health.

I would also suggest staying away from these and doing cardio. If you intend to do any cardio at all these things will kill your endurance. Diet and cardio are your ticket to getting cut along with a good weight routine.

if u want to take something safe to lose weight look into L-carnatine ,sesamin, chromium picolanate, and CLA they can be used in combonation with excellent effect , do that hit some cardio after dinner ,and end or at least limit your carb intake after dinner as well I just cut from 207 to 190 doing that -it works and ur less likely to be found dead

LOL at being found dead. People really jump into these things too fast.

Where do you get your sesamin - I've read nothing but good things about it.

The others - L-carnitine, chromium picolinate, CLA - none of those ever did me any good. But sesamin has some very interesting properties.

What time of day do you train, tatteredsaint? Lifting I mean.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

I get sesamin on bodybuilding.com it's made by scivation I think it's about $20 for 2 months worth it takes time to work , supposedly it helps optimize liver and kidney function and that's how it increases your ability to lose fat-

I'm a morning trainer I go to college and raise a kid by myself so it's the only time I'm free anymore -but I've grown accustomed to it now I like when the gym is less crowded nobody in my way

Yeah, I saw that on bb.com, good price. Thanks.

Your advice to cut carbs in the evening now makes perfect sense to me - you train in the morning!

Single dad - my hat is off to you. I can't even imagine having a kid with a partner, much less alone. Lucky kid to have a fit dad.

I train at night, so I recommend the opposite for cutting - ditch all but PM carbs - targets them around when I lift. I like to eat most of my food near bedtime. Much more comfortable to look forward to eating at night, and I friggin' HATE going to bed hungry. It's bad enough being hungry when I'm awake! LOL!

Truer words were never spoken. LOL!

Why not eat something at night? Or do you - can you save a few calories to eat a little snack at bedtime?

Word to all of you who have the honorable principle-centered philosophy to tell it like it is. I have been reading many of these threads about supplements, and it is so cool to read how you break it down for those of us who are novices but egocentric!
Thanks and continue to have patience with us, because in the end you are probably saving someone's life and rear-end!
Peace be upon everyone, who care enough to give a damn.

    Kumasi,
Just do your research before you buy something--lots of garbage being sold in the name of fitness.
