Simple question: How much creatine do you take per day?
I just bought some pure creatine monohydrate from Walmart (vs super expensive amplified creatine from GNC) and it says 1 teaspoon.
Enough? Or maybe a couple teaspoonos per day?
I"m 208 lbs, lifting heavy.

If you find that creatine monohydrate does not work well for you and/or gives you any unwanted side effects, i.e. GI issues, bloating, please give Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL (CEE) a try!![]()
I would stick with 10g. I was using that at weight and saw better results with 10g instead of 5. I also didnt take it on the days I didnt train.

Why was it a mistake? Does the dosage matter all that much as long as you stay saturated and don't overdo it?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
