    Creatine.

I've never taken Creatine before, and was recently told it's ESSENTIAL for working out. My question is, how much should I take? I picked up a bucket of 80 servings(5g per teaspoon) at Wal-Mart for 9$. I've been taking 10g about 10 minutes before my workout. Is that the right amount, and should I only be taking it once a day?

One more question, so I dont have to make a new thread.

I've got friends who take Testosterone pills, what benefits/harms would come from an increased level of Test? Would it even be benificial for me to try taking it?

it's better to take mono after your work-out, also how much do you weigh? You may be fine with 5grams ed.

    I'm around 155 now.
After? The bottle lies then! That's what I get for trusting a package. What type of Creatine should I take before my workouts?

One more question..water retention. I feel a bit sluggish just using it the past three days, no doubt I feel bigger after I workout and hydrate. But when I wake up for my morning piss I feel like all my body mass just went down the toilet.
Does Creatine really make you hold that much water?

At 155lbs I would say stick with 5grams.

Yes, CM has better uptake if taken post-training.

    CEE is great pre-workout.

Yes, intra-muscular water, however some people have issues with CM and do much better with CEE.

IMHO...No. I have my beliefs on this. But anyways.. Let your weight program work along with the creatine. Be patient, its the hard work that gets you where you wanna be.

    Prolabs Creatine

I really like Prolab Creatine. You can buy it online in bulk and it's economical.

I usually take 5-10 grams with a post-workout shake. At your weight 5 grams should be enough.

Don't even think about "testosterone pills." Sounds like bullcrap. At 17 you have plenty of natural test. Train for ten years before you even thing about steroids.

Has any one tried Krea-Genic? How true are there claims?

    CLAIM'S

They are saying thats it's ph value is 12 so it's very stable & thus does not convert,(convert to what?). Daily dose is only 3 grams.
A = Combines the effect of creatine with the pump effect of a cell voluminizer.
B = Gastric acid cannot attack KREA-GENIC™ because two acid buffers are contained.
C = During transport in the blood the second buffer comes into operation to keep the KREA-GENIC™ stable for the muscle.
D = KREA-GENIC™ arrives in the muscle cell unharmed and with full effect.

    just creatine

Just go with plain 'ole creatine. All these exotic formulas are a waste of money. You're paying for capsules when you could just be paying for creatine.

actually you are mostly wrong. some of the formulas are very much worth it. at the same time, paying for capsules? seriously? go buy cee powder, drink it straight, and then consider if you mind paying a dollar more for capsules.

    Don't Bother

You can't talk this guy out of anything, people already tried to talk him out of taking d-bol. He did a d-bol only cycle for six weeks, which is a complete waste of money or any other oral only cycle for that matter.
