supplement advice ????
Im taking NitroTech by muscletech and EAS Creatine and will be starting my 1st phase of MAG 10 next week ... My question is ..
Since im new to the Mag 10 should i continue to use creatine or substitute it with something else ? My worry is i dont want to have to much stuff floating in my system and not doing anything .. If anyone has any idea's on what a combo with Mag 10 while im on the phase of using it, that would be great . I did some searchs but didnt come across the asnswer i was looking for .. Thanks

Portein and Creatine...Glutamine if you don't recovery properly and a Mulitvitamin!
Those brands are not the best for either of those, although EAS Simply Protein is a reasonable bang for the buck!
