    whey with milk

    Is it ok to mix with milk .If is not then why

    i think its ok, i mix my whey with milk all the time.

    i hate the taste with water, with milk it just tasts like a milkshake.

    it means more cals, but you also get about 10g of extra protien from the milk.

    Milk will slow digestion which is fine unless it's PWO. Personally I would stick to water for PWO shakes. Other than that, milk is fine.

    ya, it's ok. the best part of mixing is it gets rid of the flavor. (I always mix my tea with milk) lol any way its good to mix other stuff with milk too. that will give u to benefits in one drink
