    Spike for effervescent creatine????

I've seen lots of posts reference to creatine and when to take it...etc. I've also read that some people take it with juice. I am currently taking GEN effervescent creatine. How do i get a spike to push this further into my muscles or is that even required with this type and is a spike needed for the titrate????

i know FSI Creatine Clear claims to use a sodium based transport system so you don't add anything to it.

    Alka salzter

Alka Saltzer, an alkaline product, may increase the absorptivity of creatine monohydrate (CM) by improving the solubility of CM.
I have been trying to make a picture of a
    woman. Changing, yes. Developing, I
    hope. Fantastic, improbable-perhaps.
Quite worthless, quite irritating, if you feel
that way. Or a slightly cockeyed ideal, if
you feel differently. It doesn't matter so
much, so long as you feel that you would
recognise her if you met her tomorrow.
